Could be better for the price.

The staff friendliness and willingness to help.

Cleanliness and state of facilities and poor gym. The fan in our room was almost scary. Rusty and dangerously hanging. The beach is nothing to talk about.

Loved the complementary airport transfers. Saved me the headache of looking for transport in an unknown place. Room was a good size. Big bathroom. Very clean . Amazing seaviews. Friendliest and most helpful staff. Great property overall

The accommodation and scenery

The pay and collection of payment is ridiculous.. they charge the dollar much higher than the rate and refuse to accept the dollar, so you have to pay the fraudulent rate in cedis... this leaves a sore taste and ruins the whole experience

I’ll come to this hotel again and again.

Best western plus is very serene and beautiful. The hotel is very clean and staff are exceptionally kind.Amazing shower too.. the hot water was very comforting

we didn’t get to use the pool because the pool guy was still cleaning it around 10am. And there could be more variety at breakfast.

It was good - definitely could’ve been better.

Room was clean and spacious, food was good too.

no hot water in the shower - so forced to use cold water to shower, staff did not bother to give alternatives.

A very pleasant stay. The place is spotless and staff are first class.

The hotel is very clean! Breakfast was okay. We liked that the Chef made customised omelettes at our request. There was no fruit juice left in the dispensers when we arrived. Should have been restocked regularly. However I have no doubt that if we had asked they would have attended to it right away. The variety for breakfast was also good. It was tasty and filling. Staff were very attentive from the beginning right until the end of our stay. Very helpful and excellent service from all members of staff from the cleaner, to receptionist to waitresses in the restaurant. Love the fact that you can get a decent meal at practically any time of day! We had dinner after midnight! That was wonderful for us as we checked in after 10pm due to a late flight. 10/10 for hospitality!

The fact that there was no running hot water in our room. Didn't make a fuss as we only discovered it very early hours in the morning, however it would have been nice not to have to take a cold shower especially after travelling from a place where we are used to hot baths and showers no matter what the weather. The rooms could do with updating as they are a bit tired. Decor needs refreshing.

This is a quiet, lovely hotel with amazing staff. The sounds of the waves lulled us to sleep

The breakfast was terrific. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They would go out of their way to make my husband pancakes and a fresh omelette. We loved the local food selection

The gym was not set up when we arrived. My husband and I set most of it up ourselves and asked for help to get the elliptical machine to a working plug. There was no water cooler working in the gym and no sanitizer or wipes to disinfect the equipment before and after use although there was a sign instructing us to do so. The treadmill was out of order. The beach is gross, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, decent food and nice decor.

The bathroom was not very clean. Some of the facilities provided were for one person rather than a couple as booked. Prices in the menu have not been updated.

An oasis in the middle of hustle and bustle of Teshie!

Great food and the free airport shuttle a huge value add. It was awesome falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves.

Access to beach was blocked. Despite that, it was still great to sit in the beautiful grounds and let the sounds and sight of the ocean wash over me.

Hot girls summer getaway

The staff, the food, the room and the free shuttle to the airport. I would add that I and my friends had a nice time at the hotel. We felt at home in a foreign land.

The location, the gym and the hot water switched to cold water after a minute which was bad, while taking a shower

Everything! All the staff were fabulous! Especially Michael and Jeremiah! A first class service and care! Made my first time in Ghana more greater than expected! The room was superb! Friendly and peaceful hotel by the sea.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the airport shuttle service was excellent. The pool area was very pleasant and relaxing. Lunch and dinner in the bar restaurant were very good. The main restaurant does not have any windows and was not very comfortable but ok for breakfast.

The shower tray filled up almost as soon as the shower was turned on. The coffee machine was broken so no espresso, etc. available. The beach around the hotel wasn't suitable for relaxing, but interesting to see local life, fishing boats, etc.

The bar, terrace, pool area and the gardens

The washroom at the restaurant was in a mess. There should be cleaners to keep it clean all the time. The corridor to the guest rooms is too open to the main road. There should be a screen facade to give some privacy to guests.

Great lady at front desk- very helpful and friendly.

Great lady at front desk- very helpful and friendly. Great customer care. Very responsive, took care of problems identified. I felt safe inside the grounds. They provided transport to the airport which was a huge help! Keep it up!

The beach had lots of young men hanging out there- nothing wrong, but could be daunting if you have had other experiences. Very rocky beach as well The hotel grounds and structures are fantastic--just not the surrounding. Need better directions to the place- was difficult to locate it with my taxi guy.
